How To Apply

 

Step 1: Connect with your grade level teaching team to prioritize your needs for the year. 

 

Step 2: Decide which grade level representative will complete the application (it’s very short!)

 

Step 3: Complete the mini grant application by the deadline, see above for details.

 

Step 4: If approved, do a happy dance! Then, reach out to our VEEF Treasurer to coordinate purchasing of items or reimbursement. If reimbursement is needed, please submit all receipts and this form by reaching out to our VEEF Treasurer here or place a hard copy in the VEEF box in the workroom at Valley. Click here for the reimbursement form.

 

Step 5: Once your items have been received, please take photos of students in action and share a thank you to the Foundation with your families.
